do you take bookings?

we're now taking bookings for groups of six or more! to book your bench, just visit our group bookings page and enter the wagamama restaurant you’d like to book for, plus the date and time as well as the number of guests you’re bringing. then, we’ll show you what’s available and you can secure your spot https://www.wagamama.com/group-bookings

do you have a non-gluten menu?

we have a non-gluten menu for our guests that require this. just let your server know and your order will be taken by a manager and carefully prepared by our head chef! they will use a cleaned or separate wok, ladle +/ or other utensils to avoid the chance of cross contamination. please remember our dishes are prepared in areas where allergenic ingredients are present so we cannot guarantee that our dishes are 100% free of gluten. please ensure you advise your server once seated so that they can ask a manager to assist

I have an allergy, can you cater for me?

each year we select charities to support, the most recent being Food Cycle. as much as we’d love to be able to support every charity request, we work to develop deeper partnerships - like the one we have with FoodCycle - where we can have more and lasting impact

i can't get into my soul club app - help?

sometimes our guests can run into issues getting into soul club. we have a dedicated tech team working to improve the app and keep it running smoothly, but sometimes there might things you can try yourself to get things working again. top tips include: 1) check your connection. if it's weak, switch from wifi to mobile data, or vice versa. then try again 2) force close the app on your device and re-open 3) check the app store or google play store for updates if issues persist, please let a member of our team know or contact guest services

how do I join soul club?

you can find wagamama soul club on the apple app store or google play store. download and create your soul club profile for a welcome stamp, a tasty welcome offer and to start earning rewards

why do I need to be 16 to join soul club?

to comply with our legal gdpr obligations, soul club can't be accessed by those under 16. we need you to confirm you are over 16 to complete your profile

what operating system do I need on my phone to install soul club?

the soul club app supports iOs 13.4 and up as well as android 11 plus

I haven't received a verification email to complete my sign up?

first things first, please check your junk folder. it might have got lost along the way. if you can’t see the email, you may have mistyped your email address. these things happen when you’re hungry. check your details are correct and try again after 10 minutes, if you do not receive a verification email, please sign up again with the same email address if you’re still having trouble signing up please head to https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us

can I sign up and redeem my welcome offer on the same day?

yes, as soon as you sign up, a welcome reward will be dropped in your rewards wallet. just a little something from us to say thanks. this can be redeemed on the same day as long as you have ordered the item and meet the redemption requirements

I forgot my password. how can I reset it?

no worries. if you’re in the app, navigate to your profile section on the ‘more’ tab. you can find a link in here to reset your password. if you’re logging in, simply hit the ‘forgot password’ link and we’ll sort you out

can I share my account with my family?

your soul club account has been designed just for you. we don't yet have the ability for you to share it with your family or friends

I have lost access to my email address. can I transfer my stamps to my new email address?

you can set up a new soul club account with a new email. however, we are not able to transfer any stamps across to the new account

how can I update my personal details?

head to the more tab. from here you can update all of your details except for email address and date of birth. to update these areas head to https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us

how do I collect a stamp?

you can collect a stamp in 3 ways - 1) each time you visit wagamama, spend a minimum of £12, check in and pay via the app 2) when you make and pay for a click + collect order, spend a minimum of £12 using the same email address used for your soul club account, and 3) when you spend £12 with wagamama via the deliveroo app and enter the email address used for your soul club account at checkout the minimum spend is after any rewards or discounts are applied and excluding any tips, service or delivery charges

can I collect more than one stamp per visit or order?

soul club members can collect one stamp per day. this doesn't include your first bonus stamp which is a gift from us when you sign up

where can I see how many stamps I have collected?

navigate to the rewards tab to see your stamp book in more detail

I collected a stamp but it isn't showing in my stamp book

stamps should show in your wallet as soon as you pay your bill using the soul club app, or within 24hrs of placing a click + collect or deliveroo order. if your stamp hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please head to https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us

can I collect stamps when paying with a gift card?

yes, you can collect a stamp when paying your bill in restaurant with a valid gift card. you will need to spend a minimum of £12 during a visit to wagamama, after rewards or discounts are applied and excluding any tips you choose to leave the team

will my stamps expire?

your stamps will expire if you do not complete any eligible transactions during a 12 month window. an eligible transaction means dining with us in a restaurant, ordering via click + collect or deliveroo, and spending a minimum of £12 after discounts, tips, service or delivery charges

why can I only collect stamps and rewards in england, scotland and wales?

the wagamama soul club app is currently only available in england, scotland and wales. we will be looking to roll out soul club to other countries in the future

can I collect stamps and rewards on wagamama deliveroo orders?

yes! you can collect stamps when you place a wagamama order via deliveroo in england, scotland and wales, as long as you spend £12 excluding rider tips, service or delivery charges

I forgot to check in and pay via the app. can I add my stamps later?

we will need to help you with that request. head to https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us to let us know. we will need your details and a valid receipt from a recent visit

where can I see what rewards I have earned?

your app homepage shows any available rewards that are ready to redeem. navigate to the rewards tab for more detail and to see your rewards

how do I redeem my rewards?

1. step one, make sure you have ordered an eligible item with your server. for example, you’ll need to order a shareable to redeem the ‘a shareable on us’ reward. 2. next, check in to your table via the soul club app. you should be able to see your order and any relevant rewards that can be redeemed. 3. hit redeem to apply your reward to your order. this should show as redeemed on your bill if it meets the redemption requirements.  soul club rewards can’t be redeemed together with any other discount or promotion

I collected a reward but it isn't showing in my rewards wallet

rewards can sometimes take a little longer to appear - check back in 30 minutes and your reward should be showing. if your reward hasn't appeared after 24 hours of waiting, please head to https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us

can I redeem more than one reward on my visit?

each soul club member can redeem one reward per visit. you'll need to make sure you've met the redemption requirements for that reward. as a reminder, you need to have ordered an eligible item and your table needs to have met the minimum spend requirement. £12 per checked-in member after any discounts have been applied. this excludes any tip you choose to leave the team

can I redeem a reward when dining with friends?

yes, you can redeem a reward when dining with friends.  more than one member can also redeem rewards at the same table. you'll just need to make sure that you each meet any minimum spend requirements for that reward. nb: if your table has multiple shareables or mains, the cheapest will be discounted from your order

why can’t I redeem my reward?

you'll need to make sure that you've met the requirements for that rewards. firstly, make sure you have ordered an eligible item. for example, you'll need to order a shareable to redeem the 'shareable on us' reward. rewards can only be applied if the minimum spend is £12 or more per checked-in member. the £12 minimum spend is after any rewards or discounts have been applied to your bill. this applies to each checked-in club member at the table when dining in. lastly, soul club rewards can’t be redeemed alongside any other discounts or promotions

can I redeem a reward together with another wagamama discount?

some offers or discount allow you to use or earn soul club rewards together. check the terms and conditions of the other offer to see which rules apply

can I save my reward to use on another visit?

yes, all soul club rewards can be used for up to 12 months after they drop in your rewards wallet, unless otherwise stated in line with a particular offer.  the expiry date will be clearly shown alongside the reward

will my rewards expire?

soul club rewards are valid for 12 months from the date they drop in your rewards wallet, unless otherwise stated in line with a particular offer. click on the reward to check out its expiry date

can i use my soul club rewards on deliveroo?

not right now. instead, stamps you earn can be used towards delicious shareables and mains rewards to enjoy in restaurant

soul club levels

how do soul club levels work?

soul club levels are our way of saying arigato, thank you, to our most loyal guests. more visits mean more access. as you level up your access, you'll unlock fresh features and rewards through the app like club-curated community events, new menu previews, merch drops and competitions. all soul club members start at level 1. level up your membership to level 2 when you visit us 4 times in a 12 month period and level up to level 3 when you hit 8 visits within 12 months

will my level access expire?

yes, level access lasts for 12 months, unless you make enough visits to jump up a level. levelling up gives you 12 months access to that new level. head to the rewards tab of the app for details of your current level and how many visits you'll need to complete to maintain your level access. a more detailed explanation of soul club levels can be found under the mode tab, within the soul club terms and conditions

why is there a lock symbol on some of the features of the app?

a lock symbol means that you don't have the level access to unlock that feature just yet. keep feeding your soul and filing your stamp book to level up your access

I've levelled up but haven't seen any update in my app?

level upgrades can sometimes take a little time to appear. firstly, try logging out and back into the app. if your jump in levels hasn't appeared after 24 hours of waiting, please head to wagamama.com/contact-us

do you serve gmo food?

we’ve worked with our food suppliers to ensure genetically modified food stuffs are not used in our restaurants. we’re pleased to say all food served in wagamama restaurants is gmo free!

i want to know about msg

as many of our ingredients are sourced direct from asia, there is always the possibility that msg may be present due to the nature of how they are produced in this region. our food development team are working on an msg guide to be included in our dietary section in the future, however it is taking a little longer than we expected. watch this space!

how do you make sure your food stays fresh?

we want to ensure the freshness of all our dishes + therefore they will be delivered to your table as soon as they are ready! this does mean that sometimes dishes may be delivered at different times

what's with all the long benches?

the style of seating at wagamama is a little different to others; we have communal style bench seating based on the ramen restaurants in japan. we will try and seat customers with spaces between other guests when we can but sometimes during busy periods this is harder to achieve + you may find yourself next to someone or a group

we offer nationwide delivery via deliveroo to bring the wagamama experience straight to you. check deliveroo for more information on the locations

how do i earn soul club loyalty stamps via deliveroo?

order wagamama via deliveroo and add the email address associated with your soul club account on the check out page. to recieve a stamp you must spend £12 excluding any tips, delivery or service charges. your stamp will be added to your soul club app within 24hrs of delivery and your account will be linked for all future orders

I used the wrong email address to earn soul club stamps on deliveroo. what do i do? 

to query missing stamps earned via deliveroo, contact wagamama guest services at https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us who will advise you on next steps. to change the email address linked to your account, click “update” next to the soul club email field on the deliveroo check out page, and enter the correct one

will i get a stamp if my deliveroo transaction is less than £12 after deliveroo discounts? 

no. you can only earn a stamp on orders of £12 or more after discounts and other fees (service charge, delivery fees, rider tips)

do I need to change my email address on deliveroo to match my soul club account?

no, you don’t. simply enter the same address you used to register for soul club at check out in the deliveroo app

I ordered wagamama twice on deliveroo today but i only got one stamp? 

in line with our soul club terms and conditions, members can only earn one stamp per day on eligible transactions
